Hi, I’m Candice Berriman, the heart behind A Yogi’s Journey.
My love for yoga began in childhood, quietly joining my mom at her classes. What started as curiosity grew into a lifelong practice that’s helped me stay grounded through every season of life. Yoga became my space to breathe, reconnect, and find calm when everything felt busy or uncertain.
Today, I teach Hatha Yoga with a beautiful blend of Power Yoga and Yogalates — focusing on supporting women to feel stronger, centered, and at ease in their bodies. My classes are welcoming, mindful, and crafted to meet you exactly where you are.
While most classes are designed for women, I also offer sports recovery and mobility sessions for men — perfect for active individuals looking to improve flexibility, reduce tightness, and speed up recovery.
Yoga isn’t just movement — it’s a reset. It can ease tension, release stress, improve sleep, and help you reconnect with yourself. Many students leave class feeling calmer, lighter, and more in control of their energy and emotions.
My teaching style is gentle yet empowering. I create a safe, supportive space where you can build strength, move with intention, and find stillness at your own pace. Yoga has transformed my life — and I’d love to help it do the same for you.
